Twin Cities RISE! is a fantastic orgnaization. The mission of Twin Cities RISE! is to provide employers with skilled workers by training under- and unemployed adults for skilled jobs that pay a living wage. For every $1 invested in TRC!, it returns $7.24 to Minnesota taxpayers from increased state tax receipts, reduced state subsidies and reduced recidivism among graduates. TCR! participants typically have extensive barriers to employment – generational poverty, criminal histories, chemical dependency, unstable housing, mental-health issues and chronic unemployment.
