Join us for the Dog Day 5K9 Run/Walk on Saturday, June 12th. Our goal is to raise $3,500 for homeless dogs and cats!

Trying to find a way to spend more time with your favorite K9? Pet Haven will be participating in the inaugural Dog Day 5K9 Run/Walk on Saturday, June 12th. Why not train and run (or walk) with us on June 12th in the annual "Fast and the Furballs" 5K9 event? Last year we raised more than $3,000 for Pet Haven! This year's goal is to raise $3,500, and you and your favorite pal can help us reach our goal.

Bella, a 6 year old bloodhound who came into our foster program in September, 2009 - severely overweight and with some possible thyroid issues. She's been on a strict diet and a walking regime and is now looking svelte :) She was in Pet Haven's foster program for quite some time, but just got lucky recently! In mid- April she was adopted and is now a Pet Haven Happy Tail!! We hope she and and her new family will be joining us for the 5K9 Run/Walk!

Pet Haven is an all-volunteer foster-based animal rescue. We rescue and re-home dogs and cats ... and like Bella, we will continue to love and advocate for every animal in our foster program till we are able to match them with that perfect home. We rely entirely on the kindness and generosity of our donors and supporters.

Please consider supporting us so we can continue our work of rescuing and re-homing dogs and cats, spaying and neutering, and advocating and promoting responsible guardianship.
