Caterpillar Paving Products Bowl for Kids' Sake

Over the past six years, our Bowl for Kids’ Sake (BFKS) events have raised more than $500,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities (BBBS). Remember, it’s not so much about bowling; it’s about having fun while making a difference in the lives of children! BFKS is an important fundraising event, and all proceeds go toward matching young people with Big Brothers and Sisters who can help them reach their full potential.

Event participants use GiveMN.org to set up online fundraising pages for BFKS. These links can be sent out to family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. Each bowler must raise at least $100 to particpate on event day. Bowlers receive two free games of bowling (including shoe rental), free food and beverages, and a BFKS t-shirt. Many companies also decide to award fun prizes in such categories as highest score and highest dollar amount raised.

Remember, it costs $1,300 per year, per child, for BBBS to find, enroll and match caring, adult volunteers with young people in our 10-county service area.
