This year is the 20th anniversary of the Habitat 500. We will begin our ride in St. Louis Park, where we will help celebrate the 2000th Habitat home in Minnesota. Overnight stops along the route include Hastings, New Prague, Hutchinson, New Ulm and Mayer.

This is also the year in which North St. Louis County will break ground for its 50th home! I will be riding with 17 others from NSLCHFH, raising money for the six homes we plan to build this year. Three of us are focused on raising funds for a complete remodeling project in Babbitt, MN. A grandmother and grandson are eagerly looking forward to the day they will have a home of their own.
