CAMP QUEST

Since our first summer in 2004, Camp Quest of Minnesota has grown to become one of the nation's premier camps for the children of freethinking and non-religious parents. Our constantly evolving program integrates traditional camp activities like archery, swimming, and the arts with content on critical thinking, science, ethics, and community service. We serve children between the ages of 8 and 15, with 16 and 17 year-olds eligible for our counselor-in-training after being a camper for at least one prior year. Our week long program comes at an affordable rate and takes place at a high-quality facility located 30 minutes west of Minneapolis. Camp Quest of Minnesota is part of a growing national network of Camp Quests, with programs in several other U.S. states, and international affiliates in Canada and the UK. Camp Quest of Minnesota's mission statement has four elements:

* Promote a sense of belonging to a large freethought community among the youth participants

* Encourage critical thinking in young people to enable them to draw their own conclusions

* Promote respect for others with different viewpoints, values, and beliefs

* Provide a safe and fun environment for personal and social development
