AUGUSTANA CARE CORPORATION

We offer a full spectrum of services in health care and housing and community-based services for older adults in Minnesota communities. Our mission is to foster fullness of life for older adults and others in need through the provision of healthcare, housing and other services. Overall, we serve 5,000 individuals annually.

While elders have their share of challenges like everyone else, their years of experience also give them the capacity for enormous joy. One thing is certain—no matter how we age, we each have something important to contribute to our community.
