Annual Fund 2009-2010

Please consider a gift to our 2009-2010 Annual Fund. In addition to sustaining our comprehensive curriculum and talented faculty, donations help keep tuition low and provide tuition assistance to families in need.

For current MWS families considering a gift:

• First, if you are a current family at the school, we ask that you participate at any level you can. A high percentage participation rate (85% or higher) helps MWS when applying for grants or retaining sponsorships or donations for events.
• $2,000 is the amount per child that MWS needs to fill the gap between current tuition and the actual cost of one year at MWS. If it is possible for you to give at this level, we ask that you consider a contribution of this size or more.
• We realize that $2,000 per child is not possible for everyone. Please give what you can, but know that your participation is most important.

Everyone can make a difference!

• Alumni, friends and extended family who have seen the benefits of MWS and Waldorf education are also invited to donate and make a difference for our school!
• And, anyone else who finds us through this site or has otherwise become interested in our school. We welcome your donations!

Why donate through GiveMN.org?

GiveMN.org is a nonprofit created to facilitate giving to MN nonprofits, including the Minnesota Waldorf School. They are funded by other MN nonprofits which eliminates their need to collect administrative fees for transactions. Why do we hold an Annual Fund Campaign each year?

A strong operating budget supports our ability to maintain and improve our curriculum, and also supports our ability to continue giving 13% (on average) of our total income back to the community in the form of tuition assistance. Donations also help keep tuition as low as possible.

THE MINNESOTA WALDORF SCHOOL is an independent, pre-K through 8th grade school located on eight rolling acres in St Paul.
