Our community needs affordable homes. Hard working families struggle for the stability that only affordable homeownership can provide.
Over the past 20 years, the Land Trust has helped 240 households achieve the dream of owning a home. In doing so, they've made Duluth, Proctor and Hermantown more vibrant & stable. The organization takes blighted & foreclosed properties & transforms them into quality, energy efficient homes for low-moderate income families.
