2010 Collection Building Campaign

"Think globally--act locally" are important words in this new decade. Nearly 25 years ago two local men did just that. Dick Hewetson & David Irwin changed our community when they donated their personal GLBT book collection to form the Quatrefoil Library.

Today, we ask you to help the Quatrefoil Library and make a gift to the 2010 Collection-Building Campaign . While the Quatrefoil Library depends almost entirely on donations from members and friends to fill its shelves, your gift helps the library fulfill the needs of our community by purchasing items that are new and in high demand.

Uniqueness makes a difference!

Unlike public libraries which have attempted to expand their GLBT collection, or other GLBT libraries which are mostly archival, the Quatrefoil Library focuses and gears its resources towards its members. While the library prides itself on maintaining archival resources, the goal is to stay current within the community by providing a vast array of GLBT resources, which range from books to DVDS.
