Empower Kids to Achieve Their Potential
The Bremer Give-to-the-Kids Challenge is a call to Minnesotans to support nonprofits serving our youth in Greater Minnesota. The Otto Bremer Foundation, which is sponsoring this challenge, is providing a matching grant of approximately $300,000, so your dollars will be doubled! See the list of participating youth-serving nonprofits at right. Each organization will receive a one-to-one match for the first $6,000 it generates through online donations made on GiveMN.org during the campaign, September 28 from 8 am Central Time through October 5, 2010, 4 pm Central Time.
Take the Challenge Today!
Fifty nonprofit organizations are participating in the Bremer Give-to-the-Kids Challenge. You have three ways to find and donate to an organization: by keyword, by name, or by geography. Donate to more than one nonprofit and double your contribution on each donation you make!

Special Thanks to the Otto Bremer Foundation
I want to sincerely thank the trustees and staff at the Otto Bremer Foundation for their leadership and vision in creating the Bremer Give-to-the-Kids Challenge. Not only did the Otto Bremer Foundation recognize that matching funds would be a great incentive for organizations in Greater Minnesota to leverage technology to grow their resources, they also helped design the training sessions across the state to ensure that the organizations would have the support and tools to be successful.
The Otto Bremer Foundation has a long history of supporting youth-serving nonprofits throughout Bremer communities. Youth represent the future of our communities and the Otto Bremer Foundation, GiveMN and the participating organizations are proud to take part in this campaign to help youth in Greater Minnesota.
Again, my thanks to the Otto Bremer Foundation. Their innovative leadership is just what we need to keep Minnesota communities thriving.
